As a Recruitment Consultant with Firebrand, you would be based in the heart of Sydney's CBD, responsible for multiple clients, across a broad range of industry sectors, helping them hire the very best Talent in marketing, especially digital marketing. Client's expectations are high and the Talent are hard to find, so our success hinges on us building extensive Talent communities through relentless networking, digital mastery and many a meeting over a coffee!
The Firebrand team specialize in 360° permanent recruitment, juggling account management, talent attraction, management and assessment, and business development. This high-flying team now needs two new colleagues to contribute to, and to share in, their ongoing success – there is the genuine opportunity to make a huge impact, quickly. We are driven by success so support is on tap from management, the team, our award winning marketing strategy and our partner recruitment brands; Aquent and Vitamin Talent.

You may be a recruitment consultant, or alternatively, you may be working in the marketing, creative or digital industry and interested in a career switch.
