We will also teach you the art of recruiting if you come to us with a background in creative services or digital project management and a knack for Partnering with clients. However if you have recruitment and no knowledge of digital we will train you too! We are hiring for potential.

We place all types of digital creative and marketing pros like UX/UI Designers, Interaction Designers, and Digital Marketing Managers in freelance and permanent roles with some of the the world’s favourite brands as well as startups. You’ll work as closely with our clients as you do our candidates (talent) so previous client-facing experience is critical.

 Ways you’ll continuously add value:

  • Recruiting a strong network of “A-List” talent (candidates) through social media and networking and placing them in their dream job
  • Working with a team of salespeople and fellow agents (recruiters) to strategically grow the market through managing accounts and building talent pools for those clients
  • Advocating for our talent by actively marketing them to clients and internal sales teams
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through account management and consistent quality checks with both clients and talent
  • Participating in continual learning seminars with professionals within the design community to stay on top of industry trends and share your knowledge with others
  • Responding to incoming client requests with remarkable speed (same day, same hour!) and quality while proactively finding work for talent on an ongoing basis
  • Act as a subject matter expert for your clients. You’ll be relied on to advise clients about the crazy hot job market and why they need to move quickly. You’ll do all negotiations between the talent and clients and you’ll be the point of contact for both parties

Key factors that greatly impact a recruiter’s success:

  • A solutions-oriented team player with a fiery entrepreneurial spirit
  • Professional experience interacting directly with marketing/advertising/creative clients or a BACKGROUND IN UNDERSTANDING THE ART AND CRAFT OF RECRUITMENT
  • The ability to constantly be changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Ideally from a digital marketing, technology, staffing, or ad agency background
  • Passionate about digital design and cutting edge technology.
  • Collaboration, communication and definitely a sense of humour
