What’s the job?
We are looking for a Recruiter, to join the Vitamin T team and help maintain and grow our reputation for providing the best creative and digital talent for Sydney’s advertising, creative and digital agencies.
Demand for Talent in this space is already high, and is getting higher
What would you be doing?
As a recruiter for Vitamin T, you would be based in the heart of Sydney’s centre responsible for maintaining and growing business from agencies across Sydney’s CBD. Our agency clients range from the large multinational networks thorough to small independents. What they all have in common is they want and need access to the highest caliber digital and creative Talent available, to deliver the very best work for their clients. And when they need Talent, they need them quickly!
You will be involved in business development as well as responsible for building extensive Talent communities, assessing the skills of in-demand Talent and matching their skills with our client’s requirements.
Agencies expect the very best Talent, and usually need them quickly, so the role is incredibly fast paced, involves spending a lot of face time with our agency partners.
This is not a role for the lone wolf recruiter.
The whole of the Vitamin Talent team work in very close partnership to deliver the best outcomes for our agency partners, so constant collaboration and teamwork are essential to make a success in this role.
This is not a role for a transactional, high-pressure salesperson.
To stay successful, Vitamin Talent needs to continue to earn the trust of our agency partners by having the interest and dedicating the time to understand their businesses, therefore understanding their needs and how we are best positioned to assist them in hiring the best Creative and Digital freelance Talent in the market.

Who are we looking for?
You may be a recruitment consultant already recruiting in our space. Alternatively, you may be recruiting in a totally different sector. If so, and you are interested in a new role, still in a recruitment environment, but with a different focus and challenge then we should talk.
