We attract over 4,890,000 visits to our websites annually. This is where our helpful and educational digital creative and marketing content on our blogs exist in order to attract the right talent to our brands. Whilst there, they’ll also explore job opportunities.
We also have over 380,000 followers on our social platforms for all three brands (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn company pages/groups, Google+, Instagram and Pinterest). This gives us the unique advantage of being able to access a much broader talent pool who are not necessarily active job seekers, but may be the best person for the job.

“Digitalks” lunchtime seminars
We run free quarterly ‘#Digitalks’ presentations by industry experts who present on topics relevant to the digital creative and marketing industries. With over 400 RSVPs in less than 72 hours, our Digitalks have become a must-attend imperative for our clients to learn and explore digital trends and network with peers.
“Put it to the Panel” events
Bi-monthly, we run ‘Put it to the Panel’ events where we invite industry leaders to be part of a panel discussion, deep diving into a digital creative or digital marketing topic, moderated by us. We invite both our talent and clients and generally get over 200 RSVPs in less than 72 hours.
Online salary comparison tool
We’ve built an online salary comparison tool called ‘Compare my Salary’ so that talent can compare their salary with their peers and our clients can easily benchmark their staff salaries against what is the market is paying.
Annual salary guide
A report designed to be delivered personally by our Talent Agents to all our clients with detailed salary data and hiring insights for each area of our areas of expertise.
Talent Ignition report
An annual report again personally delivered to our clients is based on a survey of 1,225 Australian employees. It provides many invaluable insights around talent mobility, engagement, skill development, career development and progression.

Workplace giving, volunteering and supporting our community
We are very proud to support beyondblue as our official charity partner. They provide information and support to help Australians achieve their very best possible mental health. We raise money for beyondblue at our events, our employees volunteer at their events; and are able to donate a portion of their salary to beyondblue through our Workplace Giving Programme. Aquent matches all donations dollar for dollar.
